Snoqualmie Valley Railroad

About

The Northwest Railway Museum operates an Interpretive Railway Program called the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad.  This five mile common carrier railroad allows museum visitors to experience a train excursion aboard antique railroad coaches through the Upper Snoqualmie Valley.  Trains operate on Saturdays and Sundays from April through October. In 2005, trains also run on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

The Snoqualmie Valley Railroad is also a forum for many other Museum Programs including  School TrainSanta Train, and the Running Trades and Maintenance of Way  Volunteer  Programs.

Accessibility

Northwest Railway Museum trains are not fully accessible to persons with disabilities because of historically-accurate limited doorway widths and steep stairwells. Our train crews are always prepared to assist you when entraining or detraining. However train crews are not permitted lift or carry passengers on or off the train.  Please notify the train crew prior to boarding, so we may best meet your needs.
