How much do tickets cost?

$11.00 each, for everyone two years old and older. When you buy your tickets, you must specify what day-date and what time you want to ride.

When do tickets go on sale?

Members are purchasing their tickets by mail and online beginning August 29, 2005. Santa Train® tickets go on sale to the general public on the Internet on September 19, 2005. Telephone and in-person ticket sales at the Snoqualmie Depot begin on October 1, 2005.  We do NOT accept Checks for Santa Train® tickets.  Payment for online and telephone sales may be Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.

What is the Santa Train® schedule?

Everyone boards the train at North Bend. Ride the train to Snoqualmie, come into the depot, visit with Santa, go through the Army ambulance Kitchen Car for refreshments then re-board the train and return to North Bend.

Is there a group discount?

There are no group rates for Santa Train®.  Everyone two years and older is required to have a ticket.

What is the refund policy?

If the train runs, there are no refunds. If the Northwest Railway Museum cannot run the train because of circumstances beyond the control of the Northwest Railway Museum such as flood or fire, the ticket price will be refunded to the original purchaser.

I made a mistake; may I exchange my tickets for a different date or time?

Subject to ticket availability, you may exchange your tickets IN PERSON at the Snoqualmie Depot until November 14.

Does my 2-year old need a ticket?

Yes. Every participant aged two (2) years and older requires a ticket..

May I use my Museum Membership ticket vouchers for Santa Train®?

No. The membership ticket vouchers are “Not Valid for Santa Train®”

Is there assigned seating?

No. If you want to sit with your friends, you all need to be at the North Bend Depot in time to get in line together. We suggest you arrive at the North Bend Depot at least 30 minutes before your scheduled train. This should give you enough time to find a place to park your car, visit the restrooms (there are NO restrooms on the train) and to find your friends so you can sit together on the train.

Does the Museum have discounts with any local area hotels?

Yes. The Museum has discounted rates with the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue.  Click here for more information.
